Every message here is read by one of the two people who run these weeks, usually the same day. There is no call centre and no chatbot.

Ask about a retreat

Tell us roughly when you can travel, how many of you there are, and what you want out of the week. We will say which house fits, or that none of them do.

Already booked

If you have a booking and need to change dates, settle a balance or send us your check-in details, the links in your confirmation email do all three without waiting for us.

Cancellations inside the notice period are self-service. Outside it, write and we will work it out.
