How we set these

The nightly rate covers the house and the people who keep it running. The per-seat retreat price covers all of that plus the food, the boats, the transfers and two facilitators for the week, divided by the number of seats rather than marked up per head.

We do not run sales. A price that drops in October was too high in June, and the people who booked early would be right to be annoyed. Where you see a price struck through it is because that house genuinely got cheaper to run.
