Terres Basses is a low isthmus on the French side, reached by a single road between two lagoons. The villa is set into the slope above it, with a long pool on the terrace and both Baie Rouge and Plum Bay inside a fifteen-minute walk.
What the price covers
- All meals, cooked on site
- Airport transfers on the first and last day
- A private room with its own bathroom
- Everything on the water, including equipment

Getting there
Fly into Princess Juliana (SXM) on the Dutch side — most US and European carriers go there direct. The villa is a 25-minute drive, and we send a car.
There is no border control between the French and Dutch halves; you clear immigration once, at the airport. A rental car is worth having if you want to eat in Grand Case on your own schedule.
